Statewide Legislatively-funded in-school mentoring project. Principal Investigator for multi-year evaluation project exploring impact of mentoring programs on Florida’s K-12 students. Currently engaged in the 5th year funding,  July 2005 – June 2006.

Principal Investigator for multi-year evaluation and training project that develops technical assistance and statewide evaluation for Title IV- No Child Left Behind projects utilizing Service Learning.

Develop training/awareness CD-ROM for adult population: for the Florida Pilot Tobacco Program, Enforcement.

Develop Summer Institutes for the Florida Pilot Tobacco Program, Education and Training  — week long residential awareness program for youth and community members and ongoing website for educational materials and information.

Develop Leadership seminars for Florida Pilot Tobacco Program, Education and Training — youth anti-smoking training programs.

Tobacco Prevention Program, design and conduct statewide workshops.
Examine GED scores and achievement by age for youthful test takers.
Conduct strategic planning, needs assessment, task analyses and instructional development for entry level law enforcement officers, correctional officers and correction/probation officers.
Explore the successes and failures regarding completing, and advancement of GED holders in the Florida Community College system.
Evaluate Adult Education programs; provide technical assistance to at-risk highs school GED programs, and continue exploration of the higher education experiences of GED holders in the Florida Community College system.
Design, develop and train exceptional student educators to operate post-school follow-up research on their students and revise the educational curriculum to incorporate required changes
Evaluation of Computer Assisted Instruction at Brooksville Correctional Institution, in Comparison with Other CAI and Instructional Modes at Other Correctional Facilities

Explore the higher education experiences of GED holders in the Florida Community College system, noting successes and failures regarding completing, advancement, etc.
Analyze future educational requirements of students in math, science and engineering in technical assistance careers, for the National Science Foundation, with Indian River Community College
Conduct research on impact of various instructional delivery methods for inmates, examining different CAI applications for the Corrections Education School Authority, Florida Department of Corrections
Design, develop and train exceptional student educators to operate post-school follow-up research on their students and revise the educational curriculum to incorporate required changes (three years)
Produce a training program and video tape for new employees with the Department of Business Regulation
Conduct a needs assessment for the Childrens' Services Council of Collier County, Florida
Develop an evaluation model for local programs that offer the GED as part of their in-high school dropout prevention program and conduct multi-year follow-up evaluations of those students' success in society (five years)
Create and annually conduct long range Florida program evaluation plans for adult education in compliance with federal requirements (six years)

Plan GED writing production scoring system, and provide training to adult educators statewide regarding teaching essay-writing skills

Conduct Florida replication of the 2nd International Math Study
Conduct Florida 's Federal Title II needs assessment for math, science foreign languages and computer literacy
Define an exemplary methodology for selecting educable mentally handicapped students
Plan a southeastern regional education laboratory. Design policy planning & budgeting system for Governor's Office
